We are so grateful for all the things that God has been doing through us these past few weeks. This past week we concluded our traveling for the year, we finished the year out with a church rally in Virginia on Saturday night and on Sunday there was a church rally at one of the third year student's home church. As we finish this year out we would like to thank all you for your constant prayer for us and your support of us living out our lives as God has called us. Please continue to pray to keep us in your prayers as we are wrapping this year up and we are moving onto what God has in store for us next.

God has truly been working with our students here at Master’s the past couple weeks. We have had the opportunity to reach many people with the Gospel and love of Jesus in Guatemala. One of our teams did a tour of public school assemblies in New Jersey with John Pritikin. We also had an incredible time helping with set up, security, and tear down at the Potomac Youth Convention last weekend. We also had a team that helped serve at the New Jersey District Fine Arts last weekend. Sunday night we had a rally White Clay Presbyterian church in Northern Delaware. Yesterday enjoyed having everyone together for the first time in almost a month, but it was short lived as a team leaves this morning to help with Ohio Fine Arts. Please continue to pray for us with our upcoming rallies next week.

It has been an incredible past couple weeks here at Master’s. Things went very well with both the New York and the PennDel youth conventions. We helped with setting up, security, and tearing down. Easter service was incredible at Marlton Assembly of God. We had a team leave on the 3rd on a tour that lasted until the 8th. We did 8 rallies in 6 days. It was an incredible journey and God showed up everywhere we went. It was a great time of fun and fellowship. We even got both of our teams in to two different public schools on Monday the 8th. We went to one school with the Potomac district 7 project, and the other school was with Explicit Truth Assemblies. We also had our first team head to Guatemala on Tuesday, and they have had some incredible times of ministry there. Our second team leaves this coming Tuesday for Guatemala. Your prayers are all very much appreciated as we continue to minister the Gospel of our Lord.

This past weekend we were blessed with the opportunity to return to Parkesburg Point, PA for a rally. It was great to be able to see these students again and reconnect with some of the relationships that have been built with them in the past. Also this past weekend we had one of our teams down in Ocean City, MD for the Impact convention where we lead a seminar on undivided discipleship and performed a few dramas during that session as well. This upcoming weekend we have one of our teams heading to Pennsylvania for youth convention and fine arts and we have our other team heading out to New York for a convention and fine arts as well. Please continue to pray for our travels this weekend and for our missions trip that is coming up in a few short weeks.

This past weekend, we had a great opportunity to connect with potential students at Fast Forward. They experienced a lot of the Master’s Commission schedule including worship and devotion, stomp and drama practice, and what it’s like to stay with home openers and in discipleship houses. A special thanks to Scarlet Thread for leading worship for us on Friday night. It was great getting to know each and every one of you who came, and we look forward to you possibly joining our family in the fall. Today, we had a great chapel with Rod Whitlock, the student discipleship director for the National Youth Ministries of the Assemblies of God. Please continue to keep us in prayer for all the traveling this weekend. We have a rally in Parkesburg Point on Thursday, a team going to the Illinois Fine Arts, and a team going to Ocean City, MD for the Impact conference. Please also stay in prayer for our mission trip coming up in a few short weeks.

What a great weekend at Potomac Fine arts. It was such a blessing to be a part of what God is doing in teens to discover and develop their ministry talents. Also, as always, it was great seeing John May and all of the staff of the Potomac district. We are looking forward to a great time this weekend at Fast Forward with all of our potential students! Please keep the team in prayer as we continue to travel and begin preparing for our mission trip.

It was an amazing weekend here at Master’s. We had a group that went to the New Jersey Children’s summit on
Saturday. There, we got to fellowship with other children’s ministry workers from across the state as well as lead two workshops on children's ministry. It was an incredible time of fun and fellowship while learning how to better our children’s
ministry.
We also had a team that went to Charlestown, West Virginia for a drama workshop and rally. Saturday night,
we got to fellowship with the students and then perform stomp for the youth group, then teach our stomp to them.
Sunday morning the students performed for the Sunday morning service in stomp. We also performed several
other dramas and a student from the youth group gave the message. The Holy Spirit really moved and filled the
church. A special thanks to those who housed our students. You were very wonderful. Please continue to keep
our team in prayer. We have a small team in Washington D.C. for an Eventforce, and the rest of our team is
heading to the Potomac Fine arts this weekend.

February has been great to us here in Master's. In just this month we have had a chapel with the District Youth Director of New Jersey, Pastor Fabian Kalapuch, as well as another chapel with alumni Ben Dieterly. This past weekend we had our annual home opener banquet to honor them and as our way to thank them for everything that they have done this year to help us grow. Also over the weekend we had one of our teams head up to Franklin Lakes, NJ to do a church rally on Sunday morning, where they performed a stomp routine and a few dramas. We cannot believe how quickly this year is going by. Please keep us in prayer as we head into one of our busiest times of the year.

What a fantastic last couple of weeks we have had here in Master's! Recently we have had groups down in Ocean City, MD for The Rock Conference where we had the opportunity to minister to the students through a drama workshop; we talked about how to minister effectively through drama and then taught them one of our dramas. This past week we had a group of third years and some of our staff members head down to Newark, DE to do a workshop on relationships. We had the honor of having MC alumni, Meaghan O'Malley do a chapel with us on perseverance. This week alone we had a group in Pittsburgh, PA on Sunday, today we have a group leaving for Prince Frederick, MD and tomorrow we have another group heading out to Bear, Delaware for a rally at Love of Christ Church. Continue to keep us in your prayers as we are heading into our busiest time of the year.

One of the aspects of Master’s Commission that sets us apart is hands-on involvement in ministry. One of the ministries we are involved in is Club Encounter, which is a youth ministry in Penns Grove, New Jersey where students relax, socialize, get into God’s Word, and engage in worship. Club Encounter is focused on outreach, and sharing the good news of the gospel with those who don’t know. From 6:30-9:00 p.m. we have the opportunity to build relationships with the youth of the area and really invest in their lives. For me personally, it has been so great getting to know the students and to hear their questions. To be honest, they have a lot of questions about God and His Word and I love that. The problem I see with many youth today is that they don’t ask people in ministry questions for fear of feeling judged. However, these students ask a lot of really good questions and I love that thirst for knowledge. My experience with Club Encounter is not only helping me grow in my leadership ability, but it has also challenged me to love deeper.

Things are going well here at Master’s. We have been hard at work with our studies and our ministries. We have also had several chapels the past couple weeks with Mike Luis, an MC Alumni, Pastor Paul Earwood, the youth pastor here at Marlton AG, and Pastor Fabian Kalapuch, the New Jersey District Youth Director.
Also, please keep our co-director Christine OConnor and her mom and dad (Theresa and Joe) in prayer. Christine's brother David passed away early yesterday morning. He was 22. May God's peace rest on them during this difficult time.

It’s been an incredible weekend here at MC. We had teams in North Carolina, New Jersey, Indiana, and Ohio for youth conventions. God moved in some mighty ways, both in the lives of the students we met and in our own lives. It was great getting to know and connect with all of you there. We also had the opportunity to help with youth and kids ministries at the New Jersey District Council. We have had some recent changes within our ministry that we wanted to make you aware of. Starting this Fall, in September, Groundzero Master’s Commission will be a ministry at Marlton Assembly of God, in Marlton, NJ. We will finish out this MC year in our home church and then move GZMC in June. Nothing bad happened, our church is actually going in a really great direction and God is moving in our congregation. This move is the result God’s leading and has come with much prayer and consideration.
So what does this mean? The only thing that changes about Groundzero Master’s Commission is our location. NOTHING else changes.
- All of our current students have committed to make the move with us
- Our staff will remain the same.
- We will still be a satellite campus of Chesapeake Bible College & Seminary.
- Students will still be able to earn their Bachelor’s Degree in 3 years.
- We will still have a heavy focus on hands-on ministry experience.
- Students will still have an overseas mission experience.
- We will still offer specialized institutes in youth, children, missions, worship, and general studies.
- We will still be traveling and ministering at churches, conferences, and outreach events.
We are so excited about this new chapter of ministry that God is opening up for Groundzero Master’s Commission! We believe this move will not only strengthen GZMC, but will also open up new doors of ministry opportunity for our students.
Please continue to keep us in prayer during this transition!
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Pastor Mike by email (info@gzmconline.com) or by phone (609.975.9663).

A lot has happened since our last update! We held our annual missions fundraiser and Italian desert night which was a huge success. Thank you to everyone who came out! Your prayer and financial support are making an eternal impact around the world! Sarah and Miranda, two of our second year students, left for Haiti and Guatemala respectively, where they will be spending three weeks developing the call to missions that God has placed upon their lives. We are so excited for all that God is doing in them! God also blessed us with several church rally opportunities over the last couple of weeks. It is always such a blessing to travel and share our lives with fellow believers! This past weekend we served at the Potomac district fine arts festival. It is incredible to see these students developing their God given talents, and we are always challenged by their ministry.
This weekend we have a church rally and a 7 project that we are blessed to be a part of. Pray that God would move in amazing ways! Also, check out our facebook page for frequent updates and pictures.

We had an awesome time in Hagerstown at their mid-winter break retreat. We were able to minister though stomp and dramas and it was truly awesome to see students’ lives challenged and seeing all that God was doing. Afterwards we had a great time hanging out with the students and getting to know them. This weekend is our annual missions fundraiser for our upcoming trip to the Dominican Republic.

WOW what an opportunity God has given us the last few weeks and upcoming to serve and to hear his word. This last week we had the blessing to serve at our home church's marriage seminar, helping with the kids while their parents attended the seminar. We had a blast hanging out with the kids, playing games and learning about the super heroes of faith. another part of the team had the opportunity to lead a children’s ministry workshop in New Jersey. Last week we had the honor of having Pastor Fabian the DYD of the New Jersey district come out and share an awesome sermon about having the heart of a servant. Tomorrow we are honored to have another chapel with Kevin Dawson, followed on Friday by Pastor Luke of Centerbranch Assembly. Also this Friday, we areoffering our home opener appreciation dinner, to thank them for all that they do. Finally, this Sunday a team will be traveling to Haggerstown, MD for the Mid-Winter break youth rally. Keep us in pray as we have a lot of stuff ahead and we wait to gain everything God has for us.

Since last week we had the honor to serve with Chosen 300 in Philadelphia. Every week, Chosen 300 provides a warm place for homeless men to come, experience the presence of God through a powerful worship service, and be fed a warm breakfast. It is always an incredible opportunity to serve them and worship with them. This time, we also had the opportunity to do a drama as a part of the worship service.

We were blessed with the opportunity to go to Ocean City and serve at the Rock youth conference. We had the honor of being able to help with set up and tear down; we were also able to do one of our dramas on the main stage. We were able to head up a workshop where we taught the students some of our dramas, and how they could head up dramas to be able to minister in that way at their churches. We also had the opportunity to bring along with us some of our local youth student’s who helped us with our day to day stuff while we were there; some even helped with the drama we did on the main stage. We were blessed with all this and had a great time. We praise God for keeping us safe and teaching us so much trough the weekend.

Wow what a fun time we were able to have at the PK retreat in Illinois. We were able to help them with their yearly retreat for pastor’s kids. We helped by being counselors for them and also helped tear down. We were able to do some drama along with stomp. We had a blast just being able to hang out with students and learn who they are and what they have gone through. The other team went to Bear, DE to the Love of Christ Church and were able to minister through some of our dramas and also did stomp while they were there. Then we had the honor to be able to visit one of our MC alumni Sherryanne MacPherson and to do a Rally at the church she is a youth pastor at in Strasburg, PA. We were able to do stomp and some dramas. It was awesome to be able to reconnect with family while we were out there. This weekend with will be heading to Ocean City, Maryland to with their conference with “The Rock.” We are excited to help and can’t wait to get there. Pray for more safe travels as we will be on the road a lot this weekend.
